In the biggest glass piece you plant something that is going to grow over few weeks. The lid on top gives support for the other two parts. The smallest glass piece (with the holes in the bottom) is designed for short term plants eg beansprouts and whilst watering it feeds the bottom plant as well allowing it to grow at the same time. All of it is put in a container with holes to maintain a humid climate with air flow and circulation in the greenhouse.

The second method is used when the plant in the biggest pot gets to the certain size and starts to overgrow it. It is then moved to the top and put on the glass cointainer with the little pot still in it. It is now main support for the largest glass element and still allows you to grow beansprouts on the bottom.

Such an innovation lets you enjoy a healthy, easy to prepare, "homemade" addition to your daily meals in the workplace !

bon appétit!
